How do I update my saved addresses?

To modify your stored delivery addresses, simply sign in to your account and navigate to the 'Addresses' section.

  1. Sign into your account and proceed to the ‘Addresses’ section.
  2. Click the pencil icon adjacent to the address you wish to edit. Here, you can also set a default address for a quicker checkout process.
  3. Click ‘Save changes’ to update your information.

How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails?

To stop receiving promotional emails from Reboot IT, simply find one of our promotional emails in your inbox and click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom.

When you click the link, you'll be given the choice to adjust your preferences for newsletters and promotions, or you can opt out of all promotional emails altogether.

Please be aware that it's not possible to unsubscribe from order notification emails, as these are sent out automatically when you make a purchase and are considered transactional, rather than promotional.

How do I update my Reboot IT account details?

To update your account information, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account and navigate to the "Manage account" section.
  2. Click on "Change" located adjacent to your name and email in the "Your details" area.
  3. Enter the new details and click on "Save" to apply the changes.

How do I reset my Reboot IT account password?

If you're experiencing difficulties logging into your Reboot IT account or have forgotten your password, you can quickly reset it or reach out to us for help.

Tax invoices

How do I get a reprint of my paper receipt?

If you can't find your receipt or if it has become illegible, reach out to the Reboot IT store where you made your purchase for a duplicate receipt.

You can obtain a reprinted receipt by either visiting the Reboot IT store in person or by contacting them via phone to have a copy sent to you by email.

To help locate your purchase, the store will need the following details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Full name
  • Model number of the product
  • Type of payment used

Where can I find my tax invoice?

Depending on where you completed your purchase, tax invoices are made available after your transaction is finalized and can be retrieved via your Reboot IT account.

For purchases made online, a tax invoice will be sent to your email upon the completion of your order.

To obtain a tax invoice for an online purchase, follow these steps:

  • Sign in to your Reboot IT account or create a new account using the same email address provided at checkout if you purchased as a guest.
  • Navigate to your Purchases list and click on the relevant order number to view its details.
  • Click the printer icon located in the upper right corner; this action will prompt your web browser's print dialog where you have the option to 'Save as PDF'.
