Welcome to the all new Reboot IT website. We have a fresh new design and a huge number of behind-the-scenes improvements, meaning our site is now far quicker and simpler for our customers to use, whether on a desktop or mobile device.
We have been working hard for the last few months on the website, and on incorporating it into our new inventory system which will elevate our service capacity and efficiency to unprecedented levels in the industry. Enhancements include:
- Easier navigation through improved categorization of products, making it simple to find the right product for you
- Improved order history and shipping options to manage your purchases
- Greater number of products available including a range of parts, networking and server equipment
- Streamlined RMA feature to allow us to correct any order issues
- Broader access for our wholesale and reseller customers including product data fees, the ability to drop ship with your company logo and information, and tailored pricing based on your volume
