The 7th-generation Intel Core i5-7300U processor is armed with two cores that operate between 2.6 and 3.5 GHz speeds. For storage, an M.2 SSD offers a capacity of 256GB over a PCIe interface that transfers data faster than SATA. In addition to storing data, the SSD is outfitted with Opal 2, which provides a hardware-based AES-256 encryption engine, and a fingerprint reader is available for quickly accessing the protected files and Windows 10 Pro operating system without typing a password.
