How do I pay?
You can pay via Credit Card, Paypal, in store, money order or by direct bank transfer.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free of charge on a lot of items and there is also a freight calculator on every product page and at check out.

Can I get the item via express post?
Yes, there is a priority express shipping option. Your order will be placed at the top of the queue and will generally ship in 24hrs, shipped priority airfreight to your address.

WHAT IS ATL?
ATL is authority to leave. When the "signature not required on delivery" option is selected (it is by default) this will mean your item will be shipped with the ATL instruction to the courier. Your order will be left on your doorstep if no one is available to sign for the order. Please note Reboot IT cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after they have been delivered.

How long until I get my order?
Please allows 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered to you. If you live in a rural area, this time frame may extend by 2-3 business days.

My item has arrived damaged has missing parts or is the wrong item, what should I do?
Contact us immediately via email at sales@reboot-it.com.au  or call 1300 7474 788 M-F 10am-6pm AEST so we can resolve the matter.

I need to return the item how do I get it to you?

Returns can be sent via your nearest Post office. Make sure you use the original packaging that the item was sent in, so it arrives safely. Any change of mind returns will need to be paid by the buyer and will not be refunded. We suggest getting tracking on the return so you have proof of postage.
