Reboot IT - COVID-19 Statement

To all our valued customers
It is a challenging time for everyone now and the best we can all do is follow the government advice and make that our personal best practice.
From my point of view, it is important for public health and the health of our team that we take certain actions. To this end we are closing our showroom to the public as of 6PM 23rd March 2020 until such time the government issues health advice that it is safe to re-open the showroom.
We will continue to operate business as usual for online, email and telephone orders and will continue to dispatch these orders daily via courier.
For store pick-ups, where possible we will still offer this service but only when pre-arranged. When you place an order for pick up, our admin team will contact you with a day and a time range for pick up. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer this service outside this process.
I have been working hard with suppliers to ensure we have continued deliveries of stock and we are still updating the website daily with new computers, laptops and monitors.
You may have heard that companies that deal in electronics have had a spike in orders and at Reboot IT, this is certainly the case. In order to get your orders out as fast as possible we have hired more staff and improved our processes however you may experience some minor delays in shipping while our staff work hard to process orders through this peak time.
