We are open Monday to Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.

- Where do the computers come from?
All our stock is sourced directly from global computer companies such as IBM allowing us to maintain a high level of quality. As we buy direct, this allows us to pass savings directly to our customers. We never get our stock from auction houses.

- How long have you been in business?
Our company started in 2001 under our wholsale company STE-IT Pty Ltd. which is now known as Reboot-IT Pty Ltd. Our company is registered with the Australia Securities and Investment Commision (ASIC).

- What does refurbished mean?
Refurbished means that all our equipment has been checked and tested up to IBM's quality standards. Each piece of equipment is tested to ensure that it is 100% functional and in cases where parts need to be replaced, they are. Each operator must complete a quality control sheet to ensure that the equipment we sell is in perfect working condition.
